A full-time real-estate career

Service, practical property knowledge, and deep local roots

Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Kyle Weiss approaches real estate with a rare blend of field-tested leadership, practical structure know-how, and deep local roots. Before entering real estate full-time, Kyle served as a police officer for 13 years across Jefferson County—a career marked by service, integrity, and receiving the Missouri Governor’s Medal of Valor.

Kyle translates that same commitment to protect and guide his clients through every phase of buying or selling. Backed by hands-on background in construction and operations, he helps clients look past the staging to evaluate structural condition, mechanical systems, and renovation potential. As an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, Kyle also produces high-end aerial imaging to market properties with precision and visual impact.

Outside of real estate, Kyle lives on a working small farm in Jefferson County with his wife, Melissa, their horses and dogs.

Whether evaluating raw land, acreage, or residential properties, Kyle delivers clear communication, tactical negotiation, and unwavering representation from contract to close.
